Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on Android in Germany Q1 2023

During the first quarter of 2023, the top theme park apps on the Android platform in Germany showcased varying trends in downloads and active user engagement. Here’s a closer look at the performance of Disneyland® Paris, Phantasialand, Europa-Park & Rulantica, Karls, and My Disney Experience.

Disneyland® Paris saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting from 1.5K in late December 2022 and peaking at 2.6K by the end of March. The weekly active users followed a similar trend, rising from 3.2K to 4.4K in the same period.

Phantasialand experienced a notable drop in weekly downloads in January, from 5.7K to 2.2K, but saw a resurgence in late March to 1.3K. Similarly, weekly active users decreased from 6.2K to just over 1.5K by the end of March.

Europa-Park & Rulantica had its lowest weekly downloads in mid-January at around 280, but recovered significantly by the end of March to 2.7K. The weekly active users mirrored this recovery, increasing from 670 to 3.3K.

Karls maintained a relatively stable download rate, with a notable spike in the last week of March, reaching approximately 1.6K downloads. Unfortunately, there is no active user data available to further analyze its performance.

My Disney Experience showed a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with an average of around 160 downloads per week, and a significant increase in mid-March to 1K. Weekly active users also saw a rise from 220 to 955 in mid-March, before stabilizing at around 273 by the end of the month.
